Den anden dag sad vi inde på arbejdet, og talte lidt om et vikarbureau, og hvordan det er genialt at man dækker så bredt som de gør, og samtidig det at de formår at holde så høje et serviceniveau inde for samtlige af deres service fag. En vikar i dag, er jo bare en måde at tjene bedre penge på. Nogle af de fagområder de dækker samt folk de levere er inde for lægesekretær, rengøring, hjemmepleje etc. Hvis nu bare kommunerne kunne effektivisere noget bedre, så ville de både få flere hænder, men samtidig også flere penge til at gøre det attraktivt at være fast ansat i stedet for vikarer, men det er jo en helt anden snak. Det her firma kan ihvertfald levere. 

Dette her firma er underliggende en af de større spillere på service markedet og som der har eksisteret i små 50 år, så de har erfaringen med i bagagen, som der betyder en hel del når man driver sådanne store vikarbureauer.
